Report: Pokémon For Nintendo Switch Is Currently Being Localized

It’s only a matter of time until Nintendo’s flagship cockfighting monster-filled RPG franchise juggernaut Pokémon will be out for the Switch. What we didn’t expect is that it’s happening sooner than we thought.

Or at least allegedly. According to a quick post from Twitter user Pixelpar (via ResetEra), the alleged game’s European translations will be finished between April and June, with editors being hired for a 6-month contract.

There is also a job posting for a Spanish localization editor in UK on the official Pokémon Careers page.

Take this news with a grain of salt in the meantime. For all you know, it could be a Pokemon-related app on the Switch that has jack all to do with the mothership titles on the 3DS. Or it could even be a Nintendo Switch port of sorts for Ultra Sun and Moon.

The only thing that will confirm this is an official E3 2018 period announcement courtesy of Nintendo themselves. For now, let’s be content at the fact that Bayonetta 2 will be playable on the go on the Nintendo Switch.
