Xbox Live Is Bugging Out Worldwide Thanks To Gears 5 Server Issues

Following such games like Diablo III and World of Warcraft Classic, Gears 5 is facing server issues aplenty during its launch week.

Players who got Early Access privileges since Friday GMT+8 time have been facing these problems be it in the US or in Southeast Asia. The Coalition did release an update recently and would be monitoring the situation. Xbox Live itself is still working on amending this.

“Our engineers and developers are actively continuing to work to resolve the issue causing some members to have problems signing in to Xbox Live. Stay tuned, and thanks for your patience.”

If you want to find out if Xbox Live is stable or still in a limited capacity, check out the official status page here. Hopefully this gets fixed in the next few days, because having to drop out mid-Horde mode and Escape mode would totally suck.

For more on Gears 5, check out our review. It’s gib-tastic.
