X-Force Has Joined The World Of Fortnite

After bringing Deadpool into the Fortnite universe earlier this month, Epic Games has now brought in some members of the X-Force as well. With this new update, you can obtain skins for Cable, Psylocke, and Domino from the Item Shop.

While Deadpool’s skin seemed to be based on the movie version, what with the unmasked version resembling Ryan Reynolds, the X-Force characters seem more comic-book-inspired. Luck-based hero Domino has her comic version’s pale skin and longer hair, while Cable is looking beefier than Josh Brolin and has a blue-and-yellow costume. I’m not sure about Psylocke, but she definitely wasn’t part of the X-Force in the movies, with the character showing up instead in X-Men: Apocalypse.

You can also buy related gear like Domino’s Probability Dagger or Cable’s Unstoppable Force hammer. There’s a black-and-white X-Force suit for Deadpool too if you wanted a different look for the Merc With A Mouth.

In other Fortnite news, Chapter 2 Season 2 was extended beyond its 30 April end date, with Season 3 being delayed to 4 June. Epic has promised that there’ll still be new content, however.
