Funimation recently shared this star-studded arrangement of the gorgeous Cowboy Bebop ED theme “The Real Folk Blues” featuring Yoko Kanno and The Seatbelts. Guest artists include:

• Shihori (J-pop singer)
• Uyanga Bold
• Raj Ramayya
• Robbie Benson from Super Soul Bros.
• Masahiro Aoki (Capcom composer who did music for Mega Man, SFV, Astral Chain, and more)
• Ed Goldfarb (composer for Pokémon: The Animated Series)
• Zac Zinger (Composer and woodwind player for Street Fighter V, Jump Force, Mobile Suit Gundam: Side stories, and more)

And a whole ton more. See if you can recognize the musicians. Yes, Steve Blum who voiced the English VO for Spike Spiegel also chimes in.

All I can say is that you can make magic during the COVID-19 pandemic if you put your mind to it, especially when you can get awesome rappers to do the last bits.
