Xbox Series X Gets Release Date & Official Price [Update]

Update: Southeast Asian prices added, kinda. Prices are for the Singapore version, since it’s officially distributed there.

After confirming the release date and official price for the Xbox Series S several days ago, Microsoft has finally done the same for the Xbox Series X.

Xbox Series X will launch on 10 November 2020 for US$499 (or roughly RM2070+). Its official Singapore price is S$699.99. Its smaller cousin, the Xbox Series S, will be out for US$299; its SG price is S$459.

Pre-orders for both consoles will open from 22 September 2020.

Besides a one-time payment, Microsoft also announced that users will also be able to purchase Xbox Series X at a monthly rate of US$34.99 (or roughly RM145+) for 24 months, and Xbox Series S at US$24.99 (or roughly RM104+) monthly for 24 months via Xbox All Access.

Both of these offers also include 24 months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.
