Demon Slayer Game Showcases New Versus Mode Gameplay Footage

Publisher Aniplex and developer CyberConnect2 have unveiled the first gameplay footage from the upcoming Demon Slayer Kimetsu No Yaiba Hinokami Kepputan‘s Versus Mode during the “Kimetsu Matsuri Online: Anime Second Year Anniversary” live stream.

The seven-minute video also confirms five playable characters who will be featured in the game, including protagonist Tanjiro Kamado, Nezuko Kamado, Zenitsu Agatsuma, Inosuke Hashibara, and Giyu Tomioka.

The Demon Slayer game is slated to release for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC sometime in 2021 in Japan. Unfortunately, there’s no official word yet on an international or localized version of the game.

In other recent news, we’re still waiting for the Demon Slayer movie to debut in Malaysia while Demon Slayer Season 2 is already slated to arrive sometime later in 2021.
