Resident Evil Re:Verse Delayed To 2022

Capcom just announced that it’s delaying its multiplayer action game Resident Evil Re:Verse, which comes free with Resident Evil Village.

This may have a lot to do with the betas not getting the intended reception. In April, after its open beta, the company said it will delay the game to July. And now, they’re delaying the game yet again to 2022.

Resident Evil Re:Verse is being moved to 2022 so that the team can continue working to deliver a smooth gameplay experience. We will share updated launch details at a later time. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

For players who purchased a physical version of Resident Evil Village, we recommend that you keep track of the included Resident Evil Re:Verse download code or add it to your account now so that you are ready to play when the game launches next year.”

Well, at least Capcom is taking their time in making this free multiplayer mode better than in the open beta. At the very least, you can at least play RE Village for the fourth or fifth time on the hardest difficulty. For more on that sequel, check out our review and guides.
