PlatinumGames Is Currently Looking For Game Makers To Publish

During the Asia Pacific Game Summit Online 2022 event, both studio head Atsushi Inaba and chief game designer Hideki Kamiya talked about the industry.

After showing off a quick video of its self-published titles like The Wonderful 101 remaster, World of Demons, Sol Cresta, and Project G.G, the company said they are seeking other game makers to sign up under the PlatinumGames wing for publishing purposes.

The caveat? They need to be impressed by the titles they’re given and shown. Seeing as this is the company that has games like Okami, Bayonetta, and Vanquish under their wing, that is an incredibly high bar to leap. Here’s a quote from both studio leads:

“We want PlatinumGames to remain an exciting company that produces games nobody can predict. And you can all count on our will and our execution.

Having said that, any game creators out there who want to create exciting games in an exciting environment; now is the best time to join PlatinumGames.”
