Yes, There’s Going To Be A LEGO Star Wars Summer Vacation Special Featuring Darth Vader In Beach Wear

As if having a LEGO holiday special featuring Star Wars characters isn’t enough, Disney+ is going stream yet another one of these.

The streaming service announced the LEGO Star Wars Summer Vacation, a Star Wars-themed animated special that takes place after the events of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. The special features the voices of Weird Al Yankovic, Yvette Nicole Brown, Kelly Marie Tran, Anthony Daniels, and Billy Dee Williams (among others). There’s even a new song in the mix called Scarif Beach Party from Weird Al himself, because he’s a big Star Wars fan for sure. 

Most importantly, Star Wars big bads Emperor Palpatine and Darth Vader will be on a beach holiday too, swimming gear and Imperial-themed surfboard included. Heck, we’re even teased a lightsaber limbo challenge, only replace the limbo pole with a lightsaber.

If you’re going all out with this humorous LEGO cash-grab the Star Wars fans deserve, you might as well go all the way. Trailer’s below; the show will be out on 5th August.
