90s Fighting Game Character Voice Actor Kiyoyuki Yanada Is Dead

90s anime and video game Japanese voice actor Kiyoyuki Yanada has passed away. He was 57. The news was revealed on Twitter by voice actor friend Mitsuaki Madono.

Anime and fighting game fans may remember the voicework of Kiyoyuki Yanada. He is renowned for voicing Akagi in Slam Dunk, Saeki in Hajime no Ippo, Richter Belmont in the Castlevania series, Colin Vernon/Groubitz in the Guilty Gear series, and Mike Haggar in the Final Fight/Street Fighter/Marvel vs Capcom series.
