[Rumour] Street Fighter 6 Release Date Leaked
It’s inevitable: a Capcom game’s release date has been leaked way ahead of time.
According to various sources on the internet (Resetera and Twitter’s Genkin_JPN) Street Fighter 6 will be coming out on 2nd June of 2023 for PC, Xbox, and PlayStation platforms. The date was accidentally revealed by Sony via the PlayStation Store pre-order page for the game, presumably saved as an announcement for The Game Awards this Friday at 9am GMT+8.
The pre-order page features a standard edition of SF6, a Deluxe Edition with Outfit Color 10 for 6 characters, Special Titles and Stickers, and a Year 1 Character pass, and an Ultimate edition that has all that and a Year 1 Ultimate Pass. If it’s anything like Street Fighter 5, that means Year 1 Season pass characters and all the extra costumes that goes with it.

Street Fighter 6 release date has leaked via the PSN store! June 2, 2023!
It is definitely the US date format as the word “color” has the American English spelling and not the British English spelling. pic.twitter.com/MLKi9R4JvS
