Goblin Slayer Season 2 To Premiere This Year

The second season of the anime adaptation of Kumo Kagyu’s dark fantasy series Goblin Slayer will be out in 2023.

The anime’s official website revealed a teaser below, stating that the animation studio LIDEN FILMS will be animating the new season.

Here are the returning cast members of the previous season:

• Yui Ogura as Priestess
• Nao T?yama as High Elf Archer
• Yuka Iguchi as Cow Girl
• Maaya Uchida as Guild Girl
• Y?ichi Nakamura as Dwarf Shaman
• Tomokazu Sugita as Lizard Priest
• Y?ko Hikasa as Witch
• Yoshitsugu Matsuoka as Spearman

Chief director Takaharu Ozaki will resume his duties in the second season, while Hideyuki Kurata is handling the series composition. Kenichiro Suehiro will be handling the show’s music.

The first season premiered in 2018. For those not in the know, the series is about, well, a Goblin Slayer who crosses path with an inexperienced priestess whose first adventuring party goes horribly wrong.
