Harry Potter Star Michael Gambon Has Died

Award-winning actor Sir Michael Gambon, known for portraying Professor Dumbledore in the Harry Potter series, has passed away. He was 82.

Gambon has died due to a bout of pneumonia. He is survived by his wife Anne and son Fergus.

Beloved husband and father, Michael died peacefully in hospital with his wife Anne and son Fergus at his bedside, following a bout of pneumonia. Michael was 82.

Apart from the illustrious Wizarding World role, he has had an amazing career in films, most notably in The Cook, The Thief, his Wife, and Her Lover. He has taken roles in films like Sleepy Hollow, The Insider, Gosford Park, both Paddington movies, and Hail, Caesar!
