Microsoft Unveils Xbox’s November Update
Microsoft has unveiled the latest updates for Xbox in November, focusing on enhancing the gaming experience for PC enthusiasts.
A standout feature in this update is the introduction of Compact mode in the Xbox app for PC. Microsoft describes it as a user interface enhancement catering to smaller screens, where the sidebar condenses into icons, providing players with more space to explore content. This update is now accessible on all Windows devices, including handhelds like the Asus ROG Ally and Lenovo Legion Go.

In addition to the Compact mode, gamers can now opt to display only unread notifications in the notification dropdown within the Xbox app on PC. To address potential issues with gaming services or missing content during the launch of the Xbox app on PC, Microsoft has introduced the Gaming Services Repair Tool.
Console users will also benefit from the November update, as Microsoft is incorporating Japanese language support for both physical and virtual keyboards. Another noteworthy addition is a notification feature alerting players when a wish-listed game becomes available on Xbox Free Play Days. This initiative allows Game Pass subscribers to explore full versions of selected titles during weekends at no extra cost.

Furthermore, players can streamline the redemption of rewards directly from their console by utilizing phone authentication. These updates collectively contribute to a more seamless and enriched gaming experience across both PC and console platforms.
