Until Dawn PS5 & PC Versions Are Reportedly In The Works
There are rumours that interactive horror game Until Dawn from Supermassive Games will be getting a new remastered version ported to the PS5 and PC.
According to Billbil-kun, an announcement for the PS5 and PC versions of Until Dawn is coming in the next 15 days.
The timing is certainly more than auspicious, considering that a movie version of Until Dawn was only just announced last week will be helmed by director David F. Sandberg, best known for directing both Shazam! movies (2019’s Shazam! and 2023’s Shazam! Fury Of The Gods) and several horror movies including 2016’s Lights Out and 2017’s Annabelle Creation.
For now, we’ll have to take all this with a grain of salt for now.
Until Dawn was originally released in 2015 for the PS4 and it’s an interactive horror video game by developer Supermassive Games that follows eight friends and frenemies who are brought together on a remote mountain retreat. With live-or-die scenarios featuring a mysterious killer, cannibalistic wendigos, a cable car, and a long-ago mining cave-in that reverberates into the present day, the members of the group must fight through their fear if they all hope to make it through the night in one piece.
