[Rumour] Hi-Fi Rush Anniversary Update Hints At PS5 & Nintendo Switch Port Announcement
Tango Gameworks’ hit 2023 action rhythm game Hi-Fi Rush is exclusively for Xbox and PC, though that may change.
According to a recent few t-shirt designs via a data mine of the game’s anniversary update (via Reddit), they indicate that the game may be out for PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. In the data mine, the folder contains t-shirt designs unique to each platform; two of those designs made references to the PlayStation and Nintendo Switch (see graphic below). The data mine info also added DualSense controller button icons and an adaptive triggers toggle to the PC version, which players can configure in the settings menu. Could this mean that a multiplatform announcement is imminent? Perhaps!
Hi-Fi Rush is available now for PC and Xbox Series/Xbox One. Do check it out if you haven’t: it one of 2023’s surprise jams that hearken back to the purity of 2000s character action titles with cheery and bright aesthetics.
