Free Fire’s Regional Creator Contest Returns In Indonesia, Vietnam & Thailand

Following a successful debut last September, Free Fire’s regional creator contest has returned for a second iteration.

Featuring intensive workshops offering professional guidance on content creation techniques, weekly challenges, and a final voting showdown, Content Star 2024 aims to nurture aspiring content creators in the region to unleash their creativity and kickstart their journey as creators. More than 220 participants will also receive a slice of the prize pool worth over US$1,000,000, which includes cash prizes, in-game items, exclusive tickets to catch the Free Fire World Series (FFWS) Southeast Asia 2024 Fall in Indonesia and Global Finals live in Brazil, and more.

This year’s contest will be open to fans and players based in Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, with training and assessment on the categories of Video on Demand (VOD), Shorts, and Livestreaming. Under the newly minted Livestreaming category, creators can now stand to win prizes by creating content for the ongoing FFWS Southeast Asia 2024 Fall and the Global Finals taking place in November 2024.

Non-participating fans can also look forward to a series of entertaining programmes and root for their favourite contestants battling it out in Indonesia’s Aksi Rekam (Act and Record) contest, season 2 of Thailand’s Free Fire Idol, as well as a Free Fire Academy reality show in Vietnam.
