Zenless Zone Zero Season 2 Preview Showcases New Gacha Characters

HoYoverse just unleashed a short trailer of Zenless Zone Zero Season 2, the next big story arc and update for its action RPG. And it’s a helluva teaser.

The new trailer shows off the Phaethon duo/siblings Wise and Bella exploring the Waifei Peninsula (ie: ZZZ’s version of Hong Kong) in their new getup.

The teaser also showed off new and upcoming characters players will be gachaing for. Or they could be elaborate-looking NPCs; who knows? These include a new panda warrior, a couple of Thirens, and some edgelord types.

That character in the last screencap is Yi Xuan, who is said to be an important character in season 2; she will teach Wise and Belle new skills that will make them cross through the Hollow unharmed.

“Locked behind reflections of the past, truth glows under sunken ink. That secret… May very well be the origin of calamity. Phaethon. This time, it’s “you” Who will shatter evil.”

Check out the full teaser below. Zenless Zone Zero Season 2 has no release date or month yet, but odds are it’ll be ready starting May 2025 onward.
