Assassin’s Creed Shadows DLC Drops Next Month

Ubisoft is not done with its mainline Assassin’s Creed game this year.

This August, Assassin’s Creed Shadows will be getting DLC on 16 September. The DLC will be called Claws of Awaji and adds a new region that’s worth 10 hours content-wise.

In addition, Ubisoft has revealed that its New Game Plus mode will be added on 29 July. The New Game Plus will bump up the level cap, add new Knowledge Ranks, Forge Levels, and a bunch of achievements and trophies. Starting September, players will be getting a new update that lets them change the time of day, unfog the world map, and an uncapped framerate during cutscenes on PC.

The game will also be out for Nintendo Switch 2, though Ubisoft has yet to confirm it yet said the game will be out for “other machines”. For more on AC Shadows, check out our review.
