Capcom To Reveal More Monster Hunter Rise DLC News Next Week

The next expansion for Monster Hunter Rise will be coming out later in 2022. As such, Capcom will be getting ready some new info and gameplay in a future video update.

The company will be revealing new details about Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak on its Twitch channel on 15 March, 10pm GMT+8. The new paid expansion will feature new stories, locales, and monsters, as well as new hunting actions and quest ranks. The video update will definitely touch more on these new features.

Monster Hunter Rise came out last  year for Nintendo Switch, with the PC port out in January 2022. The game shipped 4 million units in its first weekend, with the total Monster Hunter sales being over 70 million units combined. Basically this puts it close to the Resident Evil franchise’s sales number which is over 10 million units.
