The Quarry & High On Life Were Originally Stadia Games
By Alleef Ashaari|June 19, 2022|0 Comment
Google officially abandoned making games for Stadia last year but it looks like several recently-released and recently-announced games were originally meant to be titles on the cloud platform. According to a report by Axios, these include Supermassive Games’ The Quarry and Squanch’s High On Life.
High on Life is a first-person shooter game by a team led by Justin Roiland, the co-creator of Rick And Morty. The game was revealed last week during the Xbox Bethesda Games showcase and is coming to PC, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One in October 2022. Meanwhile, The Quarry is now available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One. Check out our review of the game here.
Who knows what other exclusive could have been in development or released for Stadia if the cloud platform was still operational?
