The Boys Spinoff Gen V Gets Its First Violent Teaser Trailer
The Boys Season 3 concluded its eight-episode run on Amazon Prime Video earlier this year and while Season 4 is already confirmed, we’re getting that spinoff series, Gen V, first. The Boys spinoff series was originally announced almost two years ago in September 2020, but Gen V finally has its own teaser trailer.
The teaser was unveiled at the CCXP entertainment expo in Brazil. Jessie T. Usher’s A Train, Colby Minifie’s Ashley Barrett, and P.J. Byrne’s Adam Bourke will have cameos in the series.
Gen V will star Chance Perdomo, Jaz Sinclair, Lizze Broadway, Shelley Conn, Maddie Phillips, London Thor, Derek Luh, Asa Germann, and Patrick Schwarzenegger.
The synopsis for Gen V reads:
Set at America’s only college exclusively for young-adult superheroes (run by Vought International), Gen V is an irreverent, R-rated series that explores the lives of hormonal, competitive Supes as they put their physical, sexual, and moral boundaries to the test, competing for the best contracts in the best cities. It’s part college show, part Hunger Games, with all the heart, satire, and raunch of The Boys.
Gen V doesn’t have a release date yet, but we’re probably getting it before The Boys Season 4.
