New VA-11 Hall-A Expansion Confirmed After 8 Long Years
2016 was blessed with the arrival of cyberpunk visual novel VA-11 Hall-A, which features bartending, cocktail mixing, loads of chat with various denizens of a cyberpunk universe, and the story of a bartender finding meaning in her life. It also had great 2D retro graphics in the spirit of C’sWare/90s adventure titles from Japan, and an immaculate soundtrack from Michael Kelly.
8 years later, developer Sukeban Games will be making new content for the game. It’s called VA-11 Hall-A: Red-Green Blues and it focuses on Dana Zane’s past. Here’s the description so far:
“One fateful summer, an old friend of Dana’s came to Glitch City. New friendships were forged, old stories were told, and mysteriously… crime in the city lowered drastically for a few days.
To her friends, old and new, she’s Iris Ignis.
To her enemies, she’s The Green Death.”
