Superhero Sequel Code 8: Part II Trailer Shows The Return Of Stephen And Robbie Amell

During the Netflix Geeked Week 2023 livestream, Netflix unveils the official trailer and poster for the superhero sequel Code 8: Part II starring Stephen and Robbie Amell.

“A lot’s changed since you’ve been gone,” says the opening line of the trailer, which teases the epic scope of the sequel that was made possible by fans of the original movie. In the following scene, Robbie Amell, reprising his role as Garrett, confronts an enraged Connor in an intense and perilous encounter.

In this continuation of Code 8, Connor, who has been released from prison, takes on the role of a janitor at a community centre. He has severed all ties with his former criminal partner, Garrett, in an effort to distance himself from trouble. However, Connor’s peaceful existence is shattered when he is compelled to aid 14-year-old Pav in evading a group of corrupt officers led by Sergeant King. These officers employ the newly introduced robotic K9s to track down Pav. Meanwhile, Connor is left with no choice but to seek assistance from Garrett and his crew once again.

However, the question remains: can Connor truly trust the individual who was responsible for his imprisonment in the first place?

Although no specific release date has been released yet, Code 8: Part II is set to hit the screen sometime in 2024.
