Ninja Theory’s Senua’s Saga Hellblade II Gets Release Date

The Xbox Developer Direct 2024 had Ninja Theory show off Senua’s Saga:Hellblade II. Not only that, we finally have a release date for eager fans!

The developers go in depth about the story behind Senua’s journey this game. They talk about how Senua has finally made peace with her past and is now on the road to Iceland. What I love is that the developers gave more insight on how the game was made. They worked with people who experience psychosis to get the most authentic feel for this game. An entirely new combat system revolving around brutality will make its debut in this. The audio is now binaural, allowing each sound, including the voices heard by Senua, to be experienced in a three-dimensional space when listening through headphones.

Senua’s Saga: Hellblade II will release on Xbox Series X|S, PC and also on the Game Pass this May 21st.
