See Kevin Conroy’s Batman Scene In Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League Scene (SPOILER)
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has launched recently this week in Early Access form (actual release date being 2nd February). While developer Rocksteady Games is dealing with a recent bug that sees players opening the game to find the story has already been completed, key spoilers have been shared online.
One of them involves Justice League member Batman, voiced by the late voice actor Kevin Conroy (of Batman: The Animated Series fame and the definitive voice of the Caped Crusader). For context, he passed away last year. And if the leaked scripts are any indication, many comic book fans may be divided by this revelation. And that’s your spoiler warning; scroll down past the spoiler warning graphics to see what the actual scene is.
So yeah, after 15 years, Arkham series Batman is dead (via this gameplay via Dan Allen Gaming). This key Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League scene has Harley Quinn shooting Batman point blank while he’s under mind control by Brainiac, the big bad of the game. Check it out in its gruesome and macabre glory below.
The game IS called Kill The Justice League, so it’s just doing as advertised. And there’s a good chance the game’s story will pull off some Elseworld/Flashpoint nonsense which means the actual Justice League in the canon comic book universe aren’t the ones being killed; just different versions of them that happen to be similar.
In any case, you can find more about the game’s story for yourself in the game right now, since it’s available in Early Access right now. As for whether we’ll be checking this game out, well…. stick around, won’t you?
