Arcade Classic Shmup Under Defeat Flying To PC & Consoles Late 2024

Publisher/developer combo City Connection and G.rev will be releasing a port of their classic 2005 2D shmup title Under Defeat later this year.

The upcoming shoot-em-up title, which revolves around you piloting helicopters shooting down alternate reality war machines with machine guns and rocket grenades, will be out for PC, Xbox, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch platforms in Winter 2024. This version of the game is based on the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions called Under Defeat HD, but with new additions like:

• New music (Boosted)—a new background music set by Shinji Hosoe.
• Contribution and rank display function.
• Communications subtitles display function.
