Sequel to Batman Ninja Anime Series Confirmed
Warner Bros. Japan Anime has unveiled the first trailer and key visuals of the upcoming anime CG film starring the Dark Knight, Batman Ninja vs. Yakuza League at this year’s Anime Expo. This movie will be the sequel to the 2018′ Batman Ninja anime film.
Some of the characters confirmed to be featured in this film include Batman, Robin, Wonder Woman, The Flash, Aquaman and Green Lantern. In this sequel, Batman is against twisted versions of some of his greatest allies. Check out the stunning key visuals:

Junpei Mizusaki, who directed JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure OP, is returning to direct the new movie at studio Kamikaze Douga. He will be joined by Shinji Takagi as co-director, Kazuki Nakashima (known for Promare) as the screenplay writer, Takashi Okazaki (known for Afro Samurai) as the character designer, and Yugo Kanno (known for PSYCHO-PASS) as the music composer. Koichi Yamadera, best known for voicing Spike in Cowboy Bebop, will once again voice Batman.
In the first Batman Ninja movie, Batman faced off against some of his most formidable foes, all of whom underwent dramatic transformations similar to the Caped Crusader. While contending with the likes of the Joker, Gorilla Grodd, and other notorious Gotham adversaries proved challenging enough, the sequel shows Batman confronting an antagonistic Justice League (in this case, Yakuza League), which raises the stakes even higher.
As of writing, the movie has not disclosed its release date yet. In the meantime, check out the teaser trailer.
