The King Of Fighters XV Next DLC Characters Are Mature & Vice; Out End Of 2024

A pair of old favourites will be added in the longtime fighting game The King of Fighters XV.

SNK has revealed that the next DLC characters for KOF XV are Mature and Vice, who are a pair of ladies who have been in KOF canon since KOF ’94. Mature has her classy and cool mixup slash attacks, while Vice has her rage-filled grapples and mid-ranged Orochi-powered low grab. The developers on the EVO 2024 SNK panel- Fatal Fury City of the Wolves director Hayato Konya and Fatal Fury City of the Wolves artist Yoichiro Soeda- said the reasons they added Mature and Vice are as follows:

• They are fan favourites in classic KOF.
• They are the last two characters in the Eight Heads of Orochi group in KOF. The other six are: Orochi Yashiro, Orochi Chris, Orochi Shermie, Goenitz, and Yamazaki.
• They can form up with Iori for KOF XV’s version of Team Yagami, as well as team up with Rugal since the two used to be

The two have popped up in KOF XIV, so it’s most likely less taxing to port over characters from that old game to KOF XV. Mature and Vice will be out as special DLC characters together at the same time in December 2024.

KOF XV is out right now for PC and consoles. Two seasons’ worth of character DLC are also available with the game.
