SEGA Reveals New Stage for Sonic x Shadow Generations

SEGA shared some exciting updates about the highly anticipated Sonic x Shadow Generations, offering players a glimpse of the new stage that will be featured in the game.

Sonic x Shadow Generations is a special release with a complete remaster of Sonic Generations, a collection of iconic 3D and 2D Sonic stages with improved visuals and additional bonus content. It also introduces Shadow Generations, a new campaign featuring Shadow the Hedgehog. In this new adventure, Sonic and Shadow must confront their past in order to save their future when a mysterious creature disrupts time and space, offering players two thrilling high-speed experiences in one package.

The new stage, Kingdom Valley, presents a rugged natural environment and ruins-like structures to navigate. This stage is filled with power, featuring eagles for traversal and “wind paths” that allow players to utilize shortcuts while using the eagles to move through Kingdom Valley.

Pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch version of Sonic X Shadow Generations are now available on the Nintendo eShop. As an exclusive pre-order bonus for the digital version, players will receive a legacy skin for Sonic, based on his appearance from Sonic Adventure.

The Digital Deluxe Edition, set to launch alongside the standard version, will include:
