Prince Of Persia: The Lost Crown DLC Slated For 17th September – Here’s What You Need To Know

Ubisoft shared a roadmap about its new Prince of Persia title, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, earlier this year. After fulfilling lots of promises on that roadmap, that all will come full circle with the game’s first paid downloadable content.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown’s upcoming paid DLC, called The Mask of Darkness, will be out on 17th September for PC (Steam, Epic, Ubisoft Store) and consoles (Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch). The new DLC takes place in a new sizeable area called Radjen’s Mind Palace, and it promises to be very surreal and more esoteric than past Lost Crown stages.

This new stage features new traversal elements, traps, enemies, and more. The DLC will take between 4 to 6 hours to complete, and will have a heavy emphasis on platforming. Having said that, the new stage will have three bosses for you to defeat. And you will be stripped of most of your powers save your Rush of the Simurgh air dash and Shadow of the Simurgh. It will be a challenge for sure, but that’s what every platformer fan wants out of a Prince of Persia title, right? Teaser below:
