Alan Wake 2 & Control Reach New Sales Milestones, Update On Control 2

During its Capital Markets Day 2024 presentation, Remedy Entertainment announced a bunch of new details and information. Since its launch in October 2023 (for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC), Alan Wake 2 has sold more than 1.8 million units worldwide.

Meanwhile, Control (which launched in 2019 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC) has sold more than 4.5 million units worldwide.

They also revealed that Control 2 will be an action RPG (instead of a third-person shooter like Control or third-person survival horror like Alan Wake 2).

The most recent game developed and released by Remedy Entertainment was Alan Wake 2, which launched for the PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. Remedy Entertainment is also currently working on Control 2 (the sequel to 2019’s Control), Max Payne 1 & 2 Remakes, and FBC Firebreak.
