Here Is Diablo 4’s 2025 Roadmap & Endgame Updates; No Expansion Until 2026

Diablo 4 is still getting new updates & endgame content following its release of its Diablo 4: Vessel of Hatred expansion last year.

Blizzard has introduced three more Seasons for Diablo 4 this year in 2025, which introduces new season powers and endgame activities and boss challenges. Not only that, each Season will add in permanent updates and quality-of-life changes to the base game.

April-July: Season 8 – Belial’s Return

• 2-Year Anniversary
• Permanent Additions: New Lair Bosses (Belial, Urivar, Harbinger), Lair Bosses QoL, Reliquaries, Season Journey Update

July-September: Season 9 – Sins of the Horadrim

• Permanent Additions: New Nightmare Dungeon Activities, Console KB&M Support, & more

September-December: Season 10 – Infernal Chaos

As you can tell, Blizzard’s new Diablo 4 expansion will only be out in 2026; in the meantime, you’ll be getting all these new updates and Season content in 2025. Diablo 4’s Season 8, Belial’s Return, will start on 29 April.
