Overwatch’s Latest Hero Is Sigma, A Gravity-Manipulating Mad Scientist

Blizzard recently announced Hero 31 in Overwatch: a bald guy in space armour called Sigma. He’s also a scientist of sorts.

Here’s his origin story, which is basically portraying him as a scientist who has three split personalities: a trapped patient, a hubris-filled scientist, and a living weapon working for Talon. This was all caused by the gravity experiment he was doing prior to the events in Overwatch.

We’re guessing he’s the new “gravity” tank in Overwatch, given that the last few revealed characters were a DPS (Ashe) and a Support (Baptiste). We’ll be sure to update this page with his gameplay bits and whatnot.
