Red Dead Redemption 2 Delayed – Here’s When You’ll Get to Play It
Rockstar Games has confirmed that Red Dead Redemption 2 has been delayed and will now be available on the PS4 and Xbox One on the 26th October 2018, a good six months off from its projected release in Spring 2018. This is the second delayed release for the game, after it was initially teased for release for Fall 2017.
Confirmed on their official website, Rockstar claimed that the delay was due to the team requiring extra time to ‘polish’ the game. The official statement read:
While we are definitely bummed that we have to wait another eight months before the game is out, we rather go through this, rather than getting an unpolished, unfinished and a mess of a game once it hits the stores. In the meantime, feast your eyes on what’s in store for us once the game is complete.
