Marvel’s WandaVision Reveals Full Episode Count

Marvel Studios have revealed that Marvel’s WandaVision will be nine episodes long in its first season on Disney Plus. This is more then what was previously expected (six to eight episodes).

Marvel’s WandaVision will also feature original theme songs penned by Frozen songwriters Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez. Disney shared a minute-long TV spot, featuring a retro-style opening theme tune.

WandaVision will be set after 2019’s Avengers Endgame, with the married Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) seemingly happy in the idyllic town of Westview. However, all is not as it seems.

The synopsis for the series reads:

The series is a blend of classic television and the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff and Vision – two super-powered beings living idealized suburban lives – begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.

WandaVision is slated to premiere on 15 January 2021. In the meantime, check out the theme song for the series below:
