BlizzCon: Blizzard Releases New Overwatch Animated Short

Blizzard showed off the newest Overwatch animated short film last night focusing on a young Reinhardt and how he lost his left eye. It also touches on present-day Reinhardt as he answers Winston’s call to Overwatch. Check it out:

We also finally get see how his old friend, Balderich von Adler loses his life in Eichenwalde, and how it shaped our favorite crusader to be the person he is today. The animated short is the newest one released in almost three months following the last reveal of Mei’s animated short prior.
