A Dark Knight Joins For Honor Later This Month
By Alleef Ashaari|January 18, 2019|0 Comment
Ubisoft has officially revealed the first new Hero for For Honor Year 3, which will kick off the new season ‘Vortiger’. Black Prior will be the new Dark Hero joining For Honor as part of the Knights faction on 31 January 2019.
What’s so special about For Honor‘s new Dark Knight? The Black Priors are heavy heroes wielding massive kite shields and a huge longsword. Unlike other Knights in the game, they are free from the code of chivalry, which means they will do anything to achieve victory on behalf of their leader, Vortiger.
All Year 3 Season Pass owners will receive access to Black Prior on 31 January, while other players will have to wait until 7 February to unlock the new Dark hero for 15,000 Steel.
Besides that, For Honor Year 3 Season 1 ‘Vortiger’ will introduce additional Hero updates to improve the roster, focusing on the Shugoki, Warlord, and Peacekeeper. Players can also look forward to new Dominion map ‘Harbor’, which will be added for free on 31 January 2019.
In the game’s lore, Harbor is a port town on the shores of Lake Eitrivatnen where the Black Priors once helped the Knights defend against their enemies. Ruthless strategies helped them win battles with impossible odds.
More details and information on For Honor Year 3 Season 1 ‘Vortiger’ will soon be unveiled in a special Warrior’s Den live stream on 24 January 2019 at 9 am PT on the For Honor Twitch channel.
In the meantime, check out the For Honor Vortiger cinematic trailer below for your first look at the Black Priors.
