Xbox One & Switch To Get Final Fantasy VII End Of March

One of the most iconic games in the Final Fantasy series, which is Final Fantasy VII, is about to come to the Xbox One and Switch.

Don’t be mistaken though, this is not the remake everybody has been hyping about. This one is the original Final Fantasy VII and it is coming very soon.

Today, Square Enix announced that the game would be available on the two consoles by the end of March. Square Enix said, “Relive the unforgettable moments from the ground-breaking role-playing games that revolutionized gaming. The original Final Fantasy VII is coming to Nintendo Switch and Xbox One on March 26.”

Final Fantasy VII was released in 1997 and it set up quite a yardstick for even the next games in the series. The game was the genesis of great RPG games in its era and was considered a cult classic. Here’s hoping it would stand the test of time while we wait for Final Fantasy VII Remake to come out of silence.
