Avatars Aang & Korra Are Getting Featured In An Unexpected Game

It’s been a while since the Avatar franchise has gotten its own game. The last was probably 2014’s The Legend Of Korra by Platinum Games, while Aang’s last foray was back during the PS2 generation. Now they’re going to be featured in free-to-play multiplayer online battle arena game SMITE by publisher Hi-Rez Studios and developer Titan Forge Games.

Announced during the Summer Game Fest Day Of The Devs live stream, Avatars Aang and Korra, as well as fan-favourite fire-bender prince Zuko, will be joining SMITE as playable characters with the upcoming Avatar Battle Pass, which will be available sometime in July 2020.

SMITE is now available for the PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC. In the meantime, check out the trailer below.
