Ghostrunner Gets A Hardcore Mode Update For You Tough Nuts Out There

If you feel that this year’s finest cyberpunk-themed first-person ninja parkour game Ghostrunner is too easy, and it isn’t by any stretch, you’ll appreciate this week’s update of the game.

Starting today, a free Hardcore Mode update is available right now for PC players along with a paid cosmetic download “Winter Pack” to keep with the December festivities. Hardcore Mode features altered levels and tougher/more enemies, so seasoned Ghostrunners should take a stab at it if they feel the base game is easy enough.

The Christmas pack includes the “Cold Snap Katana” and matching crimson “Cold Blood Glove” for US$1.99. Hardcore Mode will be available for PS4 and Xbox One on 17th December; it’ll be out on Nintendo Switch by 14th January 2021.
