Baldur’s Gate Dark Alliance Remaster Gatecrashes Current Consoles This Week

CRPG fans got a different Baldur’s Gate experience back in 2001 when Interplay released a spinoff of the hit CRPG series on PS2 and Xbox back in 2001 onward. Instead of it being an epic single-player CRPG, Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance was a multiplayer action RPG with some D&D stuff in it.

Now console gaming fans will get to relive their co-op fantasy action RPG experience with the Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance remaster for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch this 7th May. That’s this week, come to think of it. For US$29.99, you get enhanced graphics and up to 4K resolution on supported platforms, and also local co-op play.
