GTA 6 Is In Active Development, Rockstar Confirms

Rockstar Games has announced that the next entry in the Grand Theft Auto (GTA) franchise is currently in active development. That means we might not have too long to wait until the eventual arrival of GTA 6 or GTA VI or whatever it will be called.

The news broke via a post from the official Rockstar Games Twitter account today:

Many of you have been asking about a new entry in the Grand Theft Auto series.

With every new project, our goal is always to significantly move beyond what we’ve previously delivered. We’re pleased to confirm that active development for the next entry in the series is underway.

We look forward to sharing more as soon as we are ready, so please stay tuned to the Rockstar Newswire for official details.

After so many years of speculation, GTA 6 might finally be coming in the near future. Not a moment too soon, considering that GTA V originally came out almost a decade ago, back in 2013. Until then, stay tuned on Kakuchopurei for more updates.
