Lady Gaga In Talks To Play Harley Quinn In Joker 2

Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker won’t be alone when he returns in Joker 2. According to a report by The Hollywood Reporter, Lady Gaga is in talks to join Joker 2 as none other than Harley Quinn.

The same report also claims that Joker 2 will be a musical, which would give credibility to Lady Gaga’s casting, since she’s already a professional singer and a great actor to boot (2018’s A Star Is Born is proof enough). A Joker 2 musical with Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn could definitely work, but we’ll have to wait and see if the casting becomes official in the near future.

If confirmed, this will be the second live-action version of Harley Quinn after Margot Robbie’s famous portrayal of the character in 2016’s Suicide Squad and 2021’s The Suicide Squad.
