Splatoon 3’s Single Player Gameplay Is Looking Sharp So Far

Nintendo just launched a new Nintendo Treehouse segment where they showed off 30-minutes worth of Splatoon 3 gameplay, particularly the single-player mode for the first time.

This mode pits you as Agent 3 -a different one from parts 1 and 2- where you explore a former Mammalian city with other agents Callie and Marie, finding out what happened to this abandoned civilization. New weapons in the sequel include the Small Fry (a decoy), a Splatana Stamper which shoots vertical paint beams and a power-charged horizontal beam, and a Tri-Stinger which is essentially a paint bow weapon that fires three shots. You’ll be given a plethora of stages to master these weapons, with some of them being tougher than others. Thankfully, most of them are optional.

Check out the gameplay below, along with new multiplayer goodies.
