VTubers Banned From YouTube After Streaming Splatoon 3 And Porn Combo

Some creative VTubers have found a way to make Splatoon 3 multiplayer matches interesting, and it involves Japanese porn.

So when a VTuber streams a match of Splatoon 3, they can use their third-party streaming app (like OBS) to create a video screen out of ink projectiles via Chroma manipulation and setting the ink transparency to zero. And what do they use underneath the “invisible ink”? Japanese pornography!

This caused Splatoon AV to trend on Japanese Twitter. This didn’t sit well with Nintendo, who issued a copyright strike on one of the more popular AV videos, most notably ones from VTuber Sinsogumi (via Automaton Media). The goal in these matches is to win, otherwise someone’s channel will get flagged for displaying all that juicy porn on their respective team’s channel.

A pretty creative idea, though it wouldn’t be wise to put up anything adult video-related on a strict site like YouTube. For the record, these are the VTuber accounts that are deleted from YouTube.
