Cygnus Enterprises Is An Upcoming Sci-Fi Shooter RPG Slated For December

Publisher Netease Games and developer Team Miaozi will be making a new RPG shooter hybrid title called Cygnus Enterprises, which I suspect will feature some building and management simulation bits.

From the trailer below (via IGN), it turns out I was right: you go through top-down shooter levels and combat, collect resources on an alien planet, and then build and manage your base.

Features list below, if you’re interested. Cygnus Enterprises will be out in Early Access form this 16th December on PC (Steam):

  • Fast-Paced Action Shooter RPG – Battle hostile alien creatures and shoot your way through exotic locations.
  • Build and Manage Your Base – Gather resources, construct buildings, and research new technologies. Entice new settlers to visit, live, and work on your base. Manage your employees to ensure prosperity and happiness.
  • Loot, Craft, and Trade – Gear up your character with hundreds of unique items, including more than 50 weapons.
  • Be Who You Want to Be – Customize your appearance and choose skills freely from six distinct skill trees.
