Adult Swim Has Cut Ties With Rick And Morty’s Justin Roiland
Following the domestic abuse and felony charges of Rick And Morty co-creator and voice actor Justin Roiland, Adult Swim has cut ties with him.
As of now, he is off Adult Swim in all forms and capacities. According to brand representative Mairie Moore (via Hollywood Reporter), Adult Swim, Cartoon Network, and Boomerang have ended their association with Justin Roiland.
As for the Rick And Morty animated series? It’s not going anywhere as production on the show’s seventh season is still underway, with sources stating that Roiland’s voice roles of the title characters will be re-cast.
“Adult Swim isn’t even halfway through a massive 70-episode order commissioned by the channel in 2018.”

Co-creator Dan Harmon will be the sole creator, with the show running on until Season 10. Currently, there is no word on Justin Roiland’s other work Solar Opposites which is on Hulu and features Roiland as the leading voice actor.
