Hyper Light Breaker Gets Delayed To Late 2023

Gearbox Publishing and developer Heart Machine will be pushing back its upcoming roguelite action game Hyper Light Breaker, a spin-off of the latter company’s Hyper Light Drifter action-adventure title.

The upcoming game will be out in Fall 2023 instead of Spring 2023. The Early Access version of the title will be released for PC via Steam. Here’s a gameplay trailer to tide the disappointment of indie gaming fans everywhere (via IGN). It features exploration, surfing (from Solar Ash), fighting, bullet hell, big bosses, guns, and “unlimited deaths”. It IS a roguelite, after all.
