NieR: Automata Surpasses 7.5 Million In Shipments & Digital Sales
Square Enix just announced that the game’s total worldwide shipments and digital sales have exceeded a whopping 7.5 million units! That’s a lot of people who love this game! It’s worth noting that just last November, the game was reported to have reached seven million units, so it’s still selling like hotcakes.

For those who are unfamiliar with NieR: Automata, it first launched back in 2017 for PlayStation 4 in Japan. It then made its way to North America and Europe a few weeks later. A year later, it became available for Xbox One worldwide. If you’re a PC gamer, you didn’t have to wait long, as it was available on Steam worldwide in March of that same year. Since then, there have been a couple of special editions released, including the “Game of the YoRHa Edition” in 2019 and “The End of YoRHa Edition” for Switch in October of last year.
